Seeff Image Tool

Listing-photo prep for a property agency

Role

Design & development

Timeline

2026

A desktop tool built for Seeff, the property group, that turns a folder of camera photos into listing-ready images in one pass: every photo framed to 16:9, sized for the portals, and compressed without visible loss, so every listing looks consistent, sharp and fast to load.

01

The problem

Agents and admin staff were resizing and cropping 20 to 50 listing photos one by one for every property. Results varied by person, portrait shots were cropped badly or not at all, and heavy camera files slowed uploads and pages.

02

The response

Drop in a folder and the tool previews every photo as its final 16:9 frame. Anything that needs a better crop is dragged into place in a focused editor; everything else is already right. One export auto-orients, crops, optionally caps the width, and writes high-quality MozJPEG files with metadata stripped, three at a time, into the folder of your choice.

// scope

From camera roll to listing-ready in one pass.

01

Bulk import

Add photos or a whole folder; previews are generated in the background and shown as the exact 16:9 frame that will be exported.

02

Drag-to-reframe

A focused crop editor for the shots that need it: drag the photo under the frame, step through the set with the arrow keys, reset with R.

03

Quality output

EXIF auto-orientation, MozJPEG at quality 85, metadata stripped, optional max width, and safe file names that never overwrite.

04

Built for the office

A Windows installer, remembered output folder and window size, and nothing to sign in to or upload.
